From the information reaching us, we are glad to inform the general public that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has released the entrance examination results and names of candidates shortlisted for Selection Interview into JSS 1 of Air Force Military School, Jos.

It also includes information on other Air Force Secondary Schools for the 2025/2026 academic session.

This is to inform the parents/guardians of candidates that applied for admission into Air Force Military School and Air Force Girls Military School Jos that the entrance examination earlier scheduled for 4 April 2025 is now tentatively rescheduled to hold on 16 May 2025 due to the Federal Government’s directive on COVID-19.

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) is inviting suitably qualified candidates for admission into JSS1 of the Air Force Military School (AFMS Jos and AFGMS Jos) for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Admission is through a competitive common entrance examination. The selection is based on merit and a quota system.

This is to ensure a high standard and a good and equal representation of all states of the federation.

Entrance examination and selection interviews are conducted annually for 10 to 13 years old Nigerian children, who signify their interest by obtaining admission forms usually sold around January of every year.

Transfer into Air Force Military School in whatever form is at present not allowed.

However, JAM may be allowed to withdraw from the school if there is strong reason to do so with the approval of the Nigerian Air Force Headquarters.

Steps to Check Names of Candidates on Nigerian Airforce Military School 2025

The list of the successful candidates for all the Schools can be checked in all AirForce Secondary Schools and at the following Nigerian Air Force website;

IMPORTANT! Please note that the dates for selection interviews and collection of Letters of Interview for 2025 have not yet been fixed. This article will be updated once a new date has been slated.

All successful candidates are to collect their letters of invitation for an interview from their various schools of choice.

How to Obtain Air Force Military School Forms

The scratch cards are available at the cost of N1,500 each from Headquarters Nigerian Air Force (Directorate of Education), 106 NAF Camp Abuja, Nigerian Air Force Examination Office, Nigerian Air Force Base Abuja as well as Nigerian Air Force primary and secondary schools across the country.

NOTE: Applicants are to note that application for admission into Air Force Military School Jos will close on 25 March 2025. The Entrance Examination dates for Air Force Military School Jos is 16th May 2025.
